If you want to keep the X1 motorcycle at a speed of 60 km/h without being affected by the battery power, you need the following settings:

1. Elevate the rear wheel of the motorcycle so that the rear wheel does not make contact with the ground.
2. Turn on the car key switch
3. Turn the oil circuit switch
4. Turn the headlight switch, the speedometer speed will flash
5. Turn the left and right turn signal buttons to adjust the speed
6. Press the headlight switch to save the setting
