Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Edragonmall account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
